Program
Description
The yogic philosophical precepts of Patanjali’s Yoga Sutras, which detail
moral and ethical growth and responsibility, are the underlying foundation of
the system. Techniques are taught
according to the methods developed by Shri BKS Iyengar which focuses equally on
strength, flexibility, stamina, and balance with an acute emphasis on correct
alignment.
Students of every
level should practice regularly between lessons.
Students should repeat each level of class, several times, before moving
up.
Students may register for more
than one class a week.
