Dec 27, 2011 – The Lower Back - The lower back is a common problem area that for many people cause periodic episodes of pain which may prevent you from participating in regular daily activities. Dec 28, 2011 - Neck & Shoulders – Stress is sometimes expressed as pain in the neck and shoulders.  Often this is associated with headaches.  This target class will introduce you to asana (poses) that will help you become aware of the causes of neck & shoulder pain while helping you relieve some of the associated symptoms. 

Dec 29, 2011 – Healthy Knees - Careful study of alignment can help alleviate knee pain associated with various movements.  This target class will focus on proper care for your knees in a variety of poses.

Jan 3, 2012 – Help for Stiff Hips – Stiff or weak hips contribute to difficulties in movements that are normal to daily life.  This target class will propose a series of asana to assist in opening and strengthening the hip joints.

Jan 4, 2012 – Back Bends - Back bends strengthen the abdominal muscles and help contribute to a stronger healthier back.  This invigorating category of poses will be the focus of this target class and is an introduction intended for all levell students.
 
Jan 5, 2011 – Principles of Alignment – Develop a deeper understanding of the postures through a thorough examination of Iyengar alignment principles.  This all-level target class will help you establish or become re-established in your asana practice.
